Spasmon Capsule is a combination of three medicines: Dicyclomine, Dextropropoxyphene and Paracetamol / Acetaminophen. By doing this, it relieves cramps, pain, bloating, and discomfort. Dextropropoxyphene is a opioid analgesic (pain reliever).
